Total Balance: $27,285.51. This does not include the most recent ultrasignup registrations. We purchased equipment for the Hawk.

We currently have $32,874.45 total in the bank. Our operating fund is around $15,000. We have a lot of room to help out our race directors with equipment or things to make the races run smoothly. We need to at least make $4,600 every year to cover our big expenses.

Josh hired a CPA firm to file the 2018 tax form for the Hawk. It costs $500 for them to fill out this 50 page form.

Lawrence Trail Hawks conducted their monthly meeting at the Lawrence Public Library on May 1. 39 members attended.

Lisa called the meeting order at 7 p.m.

Josh: $20,879.26 operating fund at the moment. $10,000 expenses to spend if needed.The rest is to spend on other race expenses for the rest of the year.

Skyline Shuffle: 45 registered, 17 that are new and have not participated on any races on UltraSignup.com. Josh used a Facebook ad to get new people to sign up. Josh is going to mark it this weekend and the weather looks good.

Josh: Financial report: $18,830.58 current balance. Current operating fund is $12,000 operating fund. We’ve made $415 membership revenue. Last year we had over $2,000 from membership revenue.

Josh McVey-Treasurer’s Report: The Lawrence Trail Hawks are 100% transparency thanks to the Google Doc’s that Josh has made. Last year the Race Directors managed the races well and make it easy for Josh. In 2017, the LTH spent $7,461.28 on non-race expense. The club bought LTH Tech Shirts, so buy one!
